Governing Law & Legal Framework

The provision of this service is governed by the provisions of Greek and European law. Our services are provided in full compliance with the European Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act - Regulation EU 2024/1689) and the implementing Greek Law 5321/2026. For any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from the use of this service, the courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Governing Law & Legal Framework

The rights to the final output are transferred directly to the customer upon advance payment for the service. The customer guarantees that the data entered into the application does not infringe upon the intellectual property of third parties or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and holds exclusive liability for the aforementioned.

Use of Artificial Intelligence & Limitation of Liability

The user/customer accepts that advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools are utilized to generate the results. The Provider bears no liability for any algorithmic errors, inaccuracies, or technical failures of the AI applications. The customer is required to review the final deliverable prior to any use.

Payment Policy & Discounts

Full advance payment of the total amount is required for work to commence. For orders with a total value exceeding €500.00, a 10% discount is automatically applied to the final net cost before VAT.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate allocation of Artificial Intelligence resources for their execution, no cancellations are accepted and no refunds will be issued after the advance payment has been made.
